Number 100
Numbers are great, what's your favorite number? I would feel selfish if I were to take the 100th blog spot here on the family blog, so I'm just writing over this one. Personally I like the numbers 17, 77 and 521. Perhaps you can guess the reasons for these being my favorite numbers. The first person to guess all three correctly will have a dollar bill sent to them via United States Postal Service. You will get a bonus drawing of Syke Cow included if you can also explain why I used the picture I did in this posting... I also like the song "1979", everytime I hear it I think of my brother Matt.

The German chocolate cake looks real--
and delicious--
but those two other things,
are they gifts are just wishes?
That's my unintentional birthday poem.
Love, Mom
Just some of my better birthday memories mom, you and pop gave me a Swiss Army Knife for my tenth birthday (a kind of coming-of-age moment) and Jess gave me a N64 for my 21st birthday, probably the two best gifts ever in the history of gift giving.
Peter, as you may know we are on a different calendar here in South Africa, today is in fact the 20th of October, happy birthday!
While we're on the subject, my favourite birthday was when I got a sleeping bag and a Marine Corp bulldog sticker (which I put on my blue tackle box that I kept my GI Joes in).
I was at war... that's why this birthday wish is so late!
Happy Birthday
I vote that Eduardo be excluded from the competition.
I have a guess about 77, although I think that it should correctly be '77--the year of your birth.
Love, Mom
p.s.--can I get a third of a picture of Syke?
The year of my birth and Star Wars hit the theaters. As a side note, did anyone out there realize that the imfamous Lynyrd Skynyrd plane crash occured October 20th 1977? Also, I'm sorry mom, but the prize must be reserved for whomever completely answers the question... Although I'm sure you being my mother and all, I could probably send you a third of a Syke.
Aren't you glad we didn't name you Lynyrd (or Skynyrd)?
